Four new specials featured:
* Roasted Cornish Hen with housemade chorizo stuffing and sauteed vegetables.
* Lime-Marinated Steak with roasted fingerling potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
* Fish Fry! Pan-fried breaded Cod with garlic-Parmesan potatoes, Fiesta Veggie Slaw and housemade tartar sauce.
* Winter pasta with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives in a tangy, creamy goat cheese sauce.
