February Deluxe Cupcakes at the Daisy
This month's Deluxe cupcake theme is "Inspired by Breakfasts" -- down-home, comfortable flavors that you can get cozy with.
Blueberry Pancakes -- Pancake cake made from Porchlight Products Pancake Mix, with Blueberry filling and Maple buttercream frosting, topped with fresh Blueberries, and a drizzle of Maple syrup and Blueberry sauce. Classic.
- Pain au Chocolat -- Based on the classic French pastry, this is Croissant cake with creamy Chocolate filling and Chocolate ganache frosting, sprinkled with Powdered Sugar. Voila!
- Peaches & Cream Oatmeal -- Oatmeal cake with Cinnamon-Peach filling and Peach buttercream frosting, topped with a Peach slice and Granola crumbles. Fresh.
- French Toast -- French Toast cake with Marscipone filling and Maple buttercream frosting, topped with a triangle of real French Toast, a slice of fresh Strawberry, and Powdered Sugar. Tastes just like French Toast!
- Potato Latkes with Applesauce -- Gluten-free Potato cake topped with house-made Applesauce and Sour Cream frosting. Husker du?
- And the triumphant return of the now-classic... Wakey-Bakey! That's Chocolate cake topped with strips of real Bacon and Maple buttercream frosting.
